Job Description
Performing design and development activities of the aircraft systems (Mechanisms);
Flight controls,
Door latching systems,
Utility systems,
Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Electromechanical actuation,
Ejection seat and pilot escape systems.
Landing Gears
Canopy Mechanisms
Detailed 3D modeling, 2D assembly drawing and dimensioning including tolerance studies
Dynamic and kinematic studies of the mechanical systems.
Test planning and documentation
Qualification/ Certification activities, requirement checking,
Mechanical Systems Load report analysis.
Design analysis of flight test data and system responses.
Design change and retrofit design studies
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering department
Proven 10 years professional experience in Mechanical Systems design.
To be have advanced english skills (TOEFL 8+, IELTS 6,5+, TÖMER 79+)
Advanced knowledge of Catia V5, NX, and knowledge of kinematic simulations.
Creating alternative conceptual designs to solve problems
Working experience on MSc. Adams, Catia Kinematics
- Weight saving and shape optimization design cability
Preferred Additional Skills
Design experience on fly by wire, fly by light systems
Flexible Modelling of mechanical systems: Adams FLEX
Solid Modeling, Assembly Drawings: Catia V5 R21
Engineering Process Management: Teamcenter Engineering
MITCALC or any spring design software
Composite material design software (Fibersim/Apex)
